  • How do I list a product on Teeup?

    To list a product, simply navigate to the "Sell" section, and fill out the required details on the form, and your product will uploaded soon after.

  • Is there a fee to list my product?

    Yes, we charge a small upfront listing fee of $7.00 for each product posted. This fee helps cover platform maintenance and ensures your product gets visibility. This is a fixed fee, and it is also to prevent spam listing or other malicious acts.

  • What type of products can I sell?

    You can sell golf-related products like clubs, accessories, bags, apparel, and other equipment. Please make sure your product is in good condition and meets our platform guidelines.

  • How long does my listing stay active?

    Your listing will remain active for 30 days. If your product hasn't sold by then, you can choose to renew the listing for another period. You can renew your listing any time, and there is no fee to renew your listing.

  • Can I edit or remove my listing after it’s posted?

    Yes, you can edit your listing by filling out the "Edit Listing" form on the "Sell" page. Within the form, you can give us the necessary information that you wish be changed to your listing. You can also tell us remove the listing if your product is no longer available.

  • How will I get paid for my product?

    Payments are handled securely through PayPal. Once the buyer confirms receipt of the product, we release the payment to your account, minus any platform fees.

  • Do I need to provide shipping information?

    Yes, you are responsible for shipping the product. When you create your listing, you will need to provide shipping details.

  • What if my product doesn’t sell?

    If your product doesn’t sell within the listing period, you can either renew the listing or take it down. Unfortunately, listing fees are non-refundable.

  • How do I handle returns or refunds?

    We encourage sellers to include a return policy in their listing. If a buyer requests a return, you can handle it based on your stated policy. If there is a dispute, our team can assist in resolving the issue.

  • What happens if there is a dispute with the buyer?

    Disputes are resolved directly between the buyer and seller. We encourage clear communication, but Teeup does not mediate disputes. Buyers and sellers should refer to their payment provider (e.g., PayPal) for dispute resolution.

  • Is there a commission fee on sales?

    No, Teeup only charges an upfront listing fee. Once your product is sold, you keep 100% of the sale price. This helps keep things simple and ensures that all fees are clear from the start.

For Buyers

  • How do I purchase a product on Teeup?

    You can purchase a product by selecting it, adding it to your cart, and completing the checkout process using PayPal or a credit card. Once the payment is confirmed, the seller will ship the item to you.

  • Can I return a product I purchased?

    Return policies are set by each seller. Please review the seller’s return policy on the product listing page before purchasing. Teeup does not enforce returns or refunds.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept payments through PayPal and credit cards (via PayPal), ensuring secure transactions for both buyers and sellers.

  • How do I know the condition of the product I’m buying?

    Each product listing includes a condition rating (on a scale from 1 to 5) provided by the seller, along with detailed descriptions and photos. If you have specific concerns, you can contact the seller before making a purchase.

  • Does Teeup offer buyer protection?

    Teeup does not offer direct buyer protection. Please use PayPal’s or your payment provider’s protection policies to handle disputes. We are working to incorporate buyer protection in the future.

  • Who handles shipping, and how are shipping costs calculated?

    Shipping is handled by the seller. Shipping costs, if applicable, are added to the product price before checkout and are based on the seller’s shipping policy. Some sellers offer free shipping.

  • What if I don’t receive the product I ordered?

    If you don’t receive your product, first contact the seller. If the issue remains unresolved, use your payment provider’s dispute resolution process (e.g., PayPal’s buyer protection).

  • Can I contact the seller before purchasing?

    Yes, you can contact the seller with any questions you may have about the product, such as condition, shipping, or additional details before making a purchase.

  • What if the product I receive is not as described?

    If the product is significantly different from the description, contact the seller directly to resolve the issue. Teeup does not mediate disputes, but you can open a case with your payment provider if needed.

  • How are disputes between buyers and sellers handled?

    Buyers and sellers must handle disputes directly. We recommend communicating with the seller or buyer first, and if necessary, you can use the dispute resolution options provided by PayPal.
