Welcome to Teeup. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform for listing and purchasing golf products. By accessing or using the Teeup website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Teeup.

1. Overview of the Platform

Teeup is an online marketplace that connects sellers of golf products with buyers. Teeup does not own or sell any of the products listed on the platform. Teeup facilitates the listing and payment process but is not responsible for the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.

2. Seller Responsibilities

2.1 Listing Accuracy

  • Sellers must ensure all product listings are accurate, including title, description, price, condition, and shipping information. Any misrepresentation of products may result in removal from the platform and forfeiture of listing fees.

2.2 Shipping

  • Sellers are responsible for shipping the product in a timely manner. Shipping costs and details must be clearly provided during the listing process.

  • Teeup is not responsible for any shipping issues, delays, or lost items. The seller and buyer must work together to resolve any shipping disputes.

2.3 Fees

  • Sellers are required to pay a listing fee to post products. This fee is non-refundable, even if the product is not sold.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

3.1 Product Understanding

  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing the product listing, description, and condition before purchasing. Teeup is not liable for discrepancies between product listings and actual products received.

3.2 Payment

  • Payments are processed through third-party services (e.g., PayPal). Teeup does not directly handle buyer payments, and any payment disputes must be resolved through the payment service provider.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1 Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers

  • Teeup is not a party to the transaction between buyers and sellers. If there is an issue with the product (e.g., misrepresentation, damaged items, non-delivery), buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes through direct communication.

  • In the event of a dispute, Teeup may facilitate communication between the buyer and seller but will not act as a mediator or take responsibility for resolving the dispute.

4.2 Filing a Claim

  • If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the buyer or seller may file a claim with the payment processor (e.g., PayPal) to request a refund or resolution according to the payment processor's policies.

  • Sellers should keep proof of shipment to support their case in any dispute resolution.

5. Prohibited Actions

  • Misrepresentation of product condition, counterfeit items, or fraudulent listings will result in immediate removal from Teeup and may lead to further legal action.

  • Users are prohibited from posting illegal or offensive content, spamming the platform, or engaging in any behavior that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Seller Refunds

  • Listing fees are non-refundable. Once a product is listed on Teeup, the fee is considered final.

6.2 Buyer Refunds

  • Refunds for purchased products must be arranged between the buyer and seller. Teeup does not issue refunds for products or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Teeup provides the platform “as is” and without any warranties or guarantees. Teeup is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to product defects, shipping errors, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

  • Teeup collects and uses personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Teeup reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the platform, and continued use of Teeup following these changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
